1. When will I receive my order?

All love struck lace essential product orders will take approximately 1-5 business days to process. When your order is shipped out priority mail will take approximately 1-3 business days to be delivered and ground advantage will take approximately 2-5 business days to be delivered. 

2. What is a payment authorization form and why do I have to do one?

The payment authorization is form that all customers must fill out which prevents and protects us from fraudulent orders and chargebacks. On the form it requires you to provide your name, email, order number and photo of your picture ID. Your safety and identity is our number one priority. All information submitted is safely encrypted.
